Kathy & JimI had the most amazing weekend. My Godmother, Kathy, had a "Life is Good" party for 140 people in her life that basically are a blessing to her in various aspects/stages of her life. My Godfather, Jim, who lives in Houston, with his wife Ginger flew up along with their children, Chris, Courtney, Cody, Caty and Caty's fiance Josh.
They all arrived on Friday night, so I was able to have a few drinks and get to know them better. The funny thing is I haven't seen them for 18 years and it seemed like we have known each other forever!!! When I was growing up I had gone down to Houston, Chris and Courtney were just little then but I so enjoyed them. Then the last time I saw them was at their Grandma's funeral 18 years ago BUT Kathy would come through C.R. every once in a while and keep us posted on what was happening with all of them.
To make a long story short it is like they are old new friends.

YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!! THE PARTY WAS GREAT AND THE BEST PART WAS REUNITING WITH OLD BUT VERY IMPORTANT FRIENDS!!! THE WORST PART WAS THIS BRUISE I HAVE ON MY UPPER RIGHT ARM....WHO OR WHAT HIT ME???? HAHA!! GINGER
