Perfect Game, went 0 and 2, today in pool play. We beat ourselves. I know it is so hard on our Coaches to see some of these boys make mistakes after they have been coached, over and over, on the same error, or base running or on other situations. It is so easy for us to sit in the stands and make our own judgements as to what we think should of been done, or say "why did they do that" but I know for our family.....We gave Luke the opportunity to play on this team, because we knew he would be given quality Coaching and he needed more, as far as baseball goes to become a better player. I believe Luke is getting that.
I am so grateful to the time that these Coaches give Luke, and the rest of the Team. I am very grateful for their knowledge of the game, and the consistent coaching during every game that they provide these boys with. I believe it's time for the boys, as a Team, to step up to the plate and show the Coaches......"YES, WE CAN PLAY THIS GAME UP TO OUR ABILITY!"
So, let's reach down and prove something!!
You owe it to yourself to be the best you can possibly be - in baseball and in life.

This is a great post Amy. I let Brock read it as well and he agreed. We are truely blessed, and we appreciate all the postive coaching Brian does for the team as well.
