Morning Coffee with my Dad

This morning I got up and had coffee with my Dad. We went to the Brewed Awakenings at St. Lukes. First off a few words about my Dad. Not only is he the BEST Dad but he is truly the Best Grandpa EVER!!! My boys adore him and there isn't a thing that Grandpa can't fix:) He is so supportive of Connor and Luke in all that they do, and he is there for them no matter what. My Dad enjoys getting to know others, that is one reason we went to St. Lukes for coffee. Mona is a barista there and Dad has gotten to know her and just thinks she is fantastic. My Mom, another great person, made her a pop top bracelet so we gave that to her today. Mona loved it. We also gave one to Amanda another employee, Dad has gotten to know. My Dad is a great listener and enjoys hearing of others adventures and lives.

We even sampled this "expresso coffee danish". I think it looks like a heart which even made it taste better :)

This is an "action shot". I have to give Luke credit for the photos because he was the official "blog" photographer this morning.

Always There For Your Daughter
Every day the whole year through,I feel grateful you are my father. Some fathers don't have time for their kids,But for you I'm never a bother.
You always make the effort to listen and share; You're always there when you're needed. It warms me to know how much you care,And with that knowledge my worries are defeated.
Dad, you are truly admired and adored,And as your daughter, I hope that you know,These sentiments fill me each day of the year,And my love for you continues to grow.

Thank you Dad for the coffee!! I Love You, Amy Sue
